By law, casinos remit to the State a fee of $3.00 per day for each parking space used by patrons in their facility. N.J.S.A. 5:12-173.3.

Parking at Ocean. The Ocean Casino Resort Parking Garage is conveniently connected to the property, and valet parking is also available. Park on the 6 th floor for casino access and on the 11 th floor for hotel check-in. Parking fees are subject to change based on season or high volume events. Parking Transportation. If your company wants to apply for a license to own or operate a casino, the company must file a Business Entity Disclosure Form pdf 195kB. In addition, officers and directors - and anyone else that the Division of Gaming Enforcement deems appropriate - must file a Multi-Jurisdictional Personal History Disclosure Form Fillable pdf 975kB, which will also satisfy the requirement for. $0.50 of the parking fee is deposited into the Casino Revenue Fund, with the remaining $2.50 forwarded to the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority for the benefit of Atlantic City. The Commission determines and certifies the amounts payable by each casino under the law. N.J.S.A. 5:12-173.5.
